Pooh Peeler
MMFT, LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to creating a warm, collaborative space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is vital to healing, and I approach each person with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique experiences.

My areas of focus include anxiety, grief, trauma, parenting, relationship challenges, aging parents and caregiving, and navigating relationships with adult children. I also enjoy working with college students and women through all stages of menopause. Whether you are adjusting to a new stage of life, working through painful experiences, or seeking healthier patterns in your relationships, therapy can offer a place to gain clarity and create meaningful change.

My approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we will identify what matters most to you, build practical coping skills, and develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as you move forward.
