Gabrielle Leopard

I believe therapy is about empowering people to take control of their life, relationships and emotions. I work best with women dealing with stress and difficult pasts, parents searching for new ways of dealing with their kids as well as children with emotional or behavioral problems. I am trained in various therapies to treat stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD and ADHD in clients of all ages.

My schedule is currently full and I am not accepting new clients.

I want the people coming into my office to feel that they have a place to feel accepted and cared for in the very first session. I help clients find their inner strength, use healthy coping skills, and learn new ways of interacting with others. I work with adults college-aged and older and couples who need a method of therapy that allows them to work through painful experiences using traditional and Art-based counseling techniques. My specialties include pre/postpartum depression, anxiety, grief, work/life balance, Adult ADHD, and relational issues in couples.

Virtual or in-person appointments are available.

Heidi Moss

I believe that a caring relationship built on the respect of my client's personal needs is the most important component to foster healing and change. My goal is to help clients create a rich, full, meaningful life while learning to accept all emotions that are part of daily living. I am trained in, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindful Based Stress Reduction. I am also a Certified Eating Disorder Counselor and have extensive knowledge in dealing with infertility.  I have twenty-plus years of counseling experience including ten years at a local college.

During our time together, we will use an active form of therapy where you will learn skills to handle difficult thoughts and feelings more effectively, so they have less impact on your life. We will spend time clarifying your values-what matters to you, what you want to stand for, how you want to treat yourself and others, and what gives you a sense of meaning and purpose in your life. We will look at what actions you can take to get your life on the path of your values and in turn, this will help you live a more fulfilled life.

I do all paperwork for insurance reimbursement. This means that I will submit for your reimbursement if I am out of network.  I am in-network with Medicare, Lyra, Humana, and am an affiliate of Tricare. I also do phone counseling.

I approach therapy with the knowledge that life is difficult and messy sometimes. My goals are to meet my clients where they are with acceptance and understanding and to help them find solutions and hope for the future. I utilize tools from DBT Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to help clients know and accept themselves more fully. I am also trained in EMDR. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and parents with an emphasis on parenting and trauma. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield only.

Meg Taylor (Chapman)

Meg will be on maternity leave until October 2023.

I feel that therapy should be warm and inviting. My approach is to help you feel comfortable and understood from the moment you walk in the door. I understand that life is like a mountain range, full of peaks and valleys, ups and downs. My goal is to help my clients get the most out of each season and fully understand those experiences and emotions. I work best with children, adolescents, and young adults trying to navigate life. I also have an extensive background in athletics as a collegiate athlete and coach. I am trained in various styles of therapy to treat anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, stress, and trauma. Currently, I only accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.

Ph.D.

Stuart Quirk

My treatment approach is warm, direct, and collaborative.  Since 1999, I work primarily with adult clients who seek a reduction of symptoms as well as addressing long-term, underlying concerns. During my experience as doctoral program faculty at Central Michigan University, I realized the importance of learning about patterns of emotional experience within current and historical relationships. I have training in a variety of approaches and often blend cognitive-behavioral (CBT), Rogerian, and psychodynamic/interpersonal.

I also conduct individual psychological assessments for all ages (6 yrs and up), diagnostic interviews, and more in-depth assessments utilizing standardized and normed instruments. These assessments address the possible presence of ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, personality functioning, and disorder, as well as other major psychiatric disorders. Insurances accepted: Blue Cross. For more information about my clinical practice, please see my website https://stuartquirk.com

I believe therapy is a place for personal growth, empowerment, and healing in a safe environment. I work best with children and teens who are dealing with anger and behavioral concerns, as well as young adults as they navigate new life challenges while helping them process their past. I have training in art therapy, play therapy, DBT, and family therapy to help clients in a way that best fits their needs. I am currently seeing clients in person and virtually.
